This late 17th century château stands in grounds of 23 hectares with formal French and English style gardens, a maze of arbours and an ornamental lake based on an original at the palace of Versailles. Steeped in history, the Chateau de Breuil welcomes you in the footsteps of Arsene Houssaye. famous writer of the last century, born in 1814 in Bruyères not far away from Laon. It marks the time of his works in various genres.
